Tianjin Huayi Gas Equipment Co., Ltd. (HUAYI) is a gas equipment manufacturer based in Wuqing District, Tianjin, China, specializing in the engineering, design and manufacturing of equipment and integrated systems for natural gas, LNG, CNG and biogas applications.

HUAYI's product portfolio includes natural gas pressure regulating and metering systems, LNG regasification equipment, CNG pressure reducing equipment, gas separation and filtration equipment, gas odorization systems, and biogas upgrading and purification systems. Our biogas solutions include pretreatment and membrane-based upgrading systems for biomethane production. Equipment can be engineered and configured according to project-specific gas flow, operating pressure, gas composition, process requirements and site conditions.

The company has a registered capital of RMB 61.23 million, with facilities covering approximately 10,000 m², including 6,000 m² of production workshops. HUAYI has approximately 60 employees, including 10 engineers, and an average annual production volume of around 50 equipment sets.

Engineering, Manufacturing & Quality Capabilities

HUAYI has established engineering and manufacturing capabilities for pressure vessels, natural gas processing equipment, gas pressure regulating and metering systems, and integrated skid-mounted packages. The company holds relevant Chinese special equipment qualifications for pressure vessel design and manufacturing and pressure piping components, and operates quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems.

Our engineering and manufacturing team covers mechanical design, process engineering, fabrication, welding, equipment assembly, inspection, and testing. Manufacturing activities include pressure vessel fabrication, piping integration, skid assembly, and equipment testing according to project-specific technical requirements.

Quality control is incorporated throughout the manufacturing process, from material and component inspection to fabrication, assembly, and final testing. Technical documentation, inspection records, and quality-related documents can be prepared according to applicable project and contractual requirements.
