This complete natural gas skid-mounted system consists of 1 set of pig launcher & receiver skid and 1 set of filtration, metering and pressure regulating skid, fully customized for large-flow natural gas pipeline transmission projects. The integrated skid package covers full-process gas pipeline maintenance, impurity filtration, accurate flow metering and stable pressure regulation functions to meet one-stop gas station operation demands.

Matching complete core equipment is pre-assembled on skid base, including 2 sets of filter separators, 2 sets of ultrasonic flow meters, 4 sets of pressure regulators, as well as matched manifold pipes, industrial valves, precision instruments and supporting process pipelines. Rated for large gas flow up to 100000Nm³/h, this skid system adapts to inlet working pressure from 3.2MPa to 5.78MPa, with 6.93MPa design pressure and stable outlet working pressure fixed at 0.35MPa. All skid devices are factory pre-tested for pressure tightness and overall operation performance, supporting quick on-site installation and long-term stable unattended operation for natural gas trunk pipelines.

Product Overview

This integrated natural gas skid-mounted station is a turnkey solution specially designed for medium and high-pressure natural gas long-distance transmission pipelines. It combines pipeline pigging maintenance function, gas impurity purification function, high-precision flow metering function and automatic pressure reducing & stabilizing function in one integrated system. All process equipment, connecting pipelines, control instruments and switch valves are pre-assembled, welded and tested in our factory, avoiding complicated on-site welding, debugging and equipment matching work. This integrated skid system can effectively ensure the safe, efficient and continuous operation of natural gas transmission pipelines, solving core pain points such as pipeline dirt accumulation, unstable gas pressure and inaccurate gas flow measurement in gas transmission projects.

The full supply scope of this project covers two core integrated skids with all supporting accessories, no missing spare parts, realizing plug-and-play after on-site hoisting:
