This medium-pressure natural gas integrated skid system consists of1 set of pig launcher skid and 1 set of filtration, metering and pressure regulating skid, customized for municipal gas distribution pipelines and medium-pressure industrial gas supply projects. It integrates pipeline pigging cleaning, gas impurity filtration, precise flow metering, temperature anti-freezing treatment and automatic pressure stabilization functions in one integrated package.

The matched regulating and metering skid is equipped with 2 vertical gas filters, 2 turbine flow meters, 2 hot water circulation heat exchangers and 4 pressure regulators, together with complete manifolds, control valves, monitoring instruments and process pipelines. Designed for a rated gas flow of 130000Nm³/h, the skid adapts to inlet working pressure from 0.6MPa to 3.5MPa, with 4.0MPa overall design pressure, and can steadily control outlet pressure below 1.45MPa. All skid components are factory pre-assembled and pressure tested, enabling fast on-site installation and stable long-term operation for medium-pressure natural gas pipeline networks.
