This high-pressure natural gas filtration, metering and pressure regulating skid is engineered specifically for ultra-high pressure natural gas trunk pipeline transmission projects, with a rated flow capacity reaching 170000Nm³/h. This integrated skid integrates gas purification, accurate flow measurement, temperature compensation and automatic pressure regulation functions into one compact skid-mounted unit, fully pre-assembled and factory tested to cut on-site installation and commissioning costs.
The skid is equipped with complete process equipment: 2 vertical gas filters, 2 ultrasonic flow meters, 2 hot water circulation heat exchangers and 6 pressure regulators, matched with complete manifolds, control valves, monitoring instruments and process pipelines. It adapts to extreme fluctuating inlet working pressure of 6.3MPa to 8.8MPa, with a maximum design pressure up to 9.9MPa for high safety margin, and stably delivers outlet pressure ranging from 4MPa to 6MPa. Featuring anti-freezing heating system and dual parallel filtration design, this skid ensures safe, continuous and stable operation for high-pressure long-distance natural gas pipelines all year round.

Product Overview

Designed for severe high-pressure natural gas transmission working conditions, this integrated filtration metering and pressure regulating skid (PRMS) is a professional turnkey solution for high-pressure gas main lines and gas distribution stations. Different from conventional medium and low pressure gas skids, this unit is upgraded for ultra-high pressure operating environments, solving core industry pain points including large pressure difference pressure reduction cooling, high-pressure pipeline impurity erosion, unstable pressure output under drastic inlet pressure fluctuation, and inaccurate large-flow gas metering.
All process equipment, connecting pipelines, valve sets and detection instruments are centrally mounted on a standardized carbon steel skid base. The whole skid completes hydraulic pressure test, air tightness test and system linkage debugging before delivery, requiring only pipeline butt joint after arriving at the project site. It realizes one-stop gas treatment including impurity filtration, flow data monitoring, temperature anti-freezing compensation and stepped pressure regulation, supporting 24-hour uninterrupted stable operation for high-pressure gas pipeline systems.
