HUAYI High-Capacity Natural Gas Pressure Regulating & Metering Skid is an integrated gas handling system designed for natural gas transmission, distribution and industrial gas supply applications. The skid can integrate gas filtration, heating, flow metering, pressure regulation, instrumentation and control within a factory-assembled package.
Depending on project requirements, the system can also be supplied with associated equipment such as a pig launcher skid. Each system is engineered according to the required gas flow rate, inlet and outlet pressures, gas conditions, operating environment and project specifications.
HUAYI High-Capacity Natural Gas Pressure Regulating & Metering Skid is designed for natural gas transmission, distribution and industrial gas supply systems requiring integrated gas treatment, flow measurement and pressure control.
The system can incorporate gas filtration, gas heating, metering, pressure regulation, instrumentation, valves and process piping within an integrated skid-mounted configuration. Associated equipment such as a pig launcher skid can also be incorporated into the overall supply scope according to pipeline and project requirements.

Gas Filtration
Vertical gas filters remove solid particles and impurities from the gas stream to protect downstream metering and pressure regulating equipment.
Gas Heating
Hot-water circulation heat exchangers provide gas preheating and temperature control where required to manage temperature reduction during pressure regulation.
Flow Metering
Turbine flow meters provide gas flow measurement, with the metering configuration selected according to project accuracy, flow range and operating requirements.
Pressure Regulation
Pressure regulators reduce and control downstream gas pressure according to the required operating conditions.
Pipeline Pigging Support
A pig launcher skid can be supplied as part of the overall package where pipeline pigging and maintenance operations are required.

Each HUAYI pressure regulating and metering skid is configured according to project-specific process conditions. Key engineering inputs normally include gas composition, design flow rate, inlet and outlet pressures, operating temperature, metering requirements, applicable standards, site conditions and control system requirements.
Final equipment configuration, materials, instrumentation and control philosophy are determined during project engineering and technical clarification.
Project documentation can be provided according to the agreed supply scope, including relevant inspection and test records, P&ID drawings, equipment documentation, and installation and operation manuals.
