Solution Overview

Natural gas consumption can vary significantly during different seasons, operating periods and production conditions. When normal pipeline supply capacity is insufficient to meet temporary demand, LNG can be used as a supplemental gas source.

HUAYI LNG Peak Shaving & Backup Gas Supply Solution converts stored LNG into gaseous natural gas and conditions the gas to the required downstream supply parameters before delivery to the gas network or industrial users.

Typical Process

LNG is supplied from the storage system to the vaporization equipment, where it is converted into gaseous natural gas. The gas can then pass through pressure regulation, metering and odorization before being introduced into the downstream gas supply system.

The system configuration and operating philosophy can be engineered according to required gas flow, supply pressure, operating duration and site conditions.
